Partnership
Recruiting is one of the most confusing parts of the volleyball journey for athletes and families. SIDELINE believes good recruiting decisions begin with education, realistic evaluation, and understanding fit. PRI brings experience from both sides of the process—helping families navigate recruiting while drawing on college coaching experience.
SIDELINE maintains its own recruiting education. PRI’s services and external resources are provided by PRI and are not guaranteed by SIDELINE.
The PRI Approach
PRI teaches athletes not to simply wait for college coaches to initiate communication. The goal is to help athletes get directly in front of college coaches so they can be evaluated by programs they are interested in — with guidance alongside families at every step.

04
Keep Moving
Stay guided through each stage of the recruiting process.
Since 2018, PRI has been helping clubs and individual athletes navigate the recruiting process. PRI describes recruiting as a full-time focus for the organization, with direct communication and relationships with college coaches across the country.
