About
I have owned and operated volleyball clubs in both Houston and San Antonio over my career. The past twenty five years have taught me so much about myself, life, teaching, and how to help everyone involved in this sport. I have also spent the last six years working as the scouting director for Prep Dig Texas, California, and Oklahoma. For the last four years I have been the national event director for the college recruiting showcases for Prep Dig.

Coaching Philosophy
How Michael approaches teaching, development and competition.
I believe in putting the player development above all else. As coaches our job is to develop the full player and if we do that, the team improvement and winning will be a byproduct. I believe in Honesty, Integrity and Character in everything I do. Teaching life lessons through sport is what I have learned in 25 years. Learning never stops.
