Contest rules
- SIDELINE Coach of the Month is one national contest each calendar month.
- Parents, players, and coaches may nominate any volleyball coach with a required photograph and a 50–500 character nomination story.
- Nominations publish immediately and appear on both the selected coach's contest entry and the Community spotlight.
- A coach has one voting entry per month. Additional nominations attach to that same entry.
- Signed-in fans may cast one vote per account per Central Time calendar day. Voting resets at midnight America/Chicago.
- Fans may vote for the same coach every day or choose a different coach on a later day.
- Voting and nominations close when the next month begins at 12:00 AM Central.
- The winner is the coach with the highest valid vote total. Ties are resolved by SIDELINE administrators.
- SIDELINE may invalidate proven fraudulent votes before a winner is finalized.
- Featured winner articles are published by SIDELINE editors and are never generated automatically.
